Founded in 1993, EKO Mould has evolved into a diversified enterprise with several subsidiaries, including Shanghai EKO Mould Co., Ltd., Huangshi Hongda Plastic Mould Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yuhao Plastic Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Jiuke Mould Co., Ltd. We have a workforce of over 280 employees and an annual output value exceeding 100 million RMB, with an annual production of extrusion moulds ranking among the top in China.
Integrating manufacturing, R&D and services, EKO Mould masters the core technologies of the extrusion production chain and holds a number of national patents. We are a recipient of national high-tech industry funding and have undertaken numerous complete extrusion engineering projects for renowned large enterprises both at home and abroad. We provide customers with comprehensive support covering mould design, formula development, extruder selection and product manufacturing.
Equipped with advanced and sophisticated manufacturing facilities, we own 45 medium and slow wire cutting machines, 21 CNC machining centers, 6 mould commissioning extruders, 65 CNC machine tools and a full range of professional large-scale processing, tooling and testing equipment. Our commissioning workshop is furnished with various extrusion production (mould testing) lines, ensuring high precision and efficiency in the entire production process.
We boast a strong R&D team, with nearly 100 high-tech professionals including designers, formula engineers, mould commissioning technicians and senior craftsmen, accounting for more than 40% of the total workforce. Our R&D capability is widely recognized in the industry. We have built an excellent reputation in the market, supplying 1,500 sets (sections) of moulds annually. Our products are sold across all provinces and cities in China and exported to more than a dozen countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Brazil, Turkey, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Iran, Mexico, Australia, Syria, Mongolia and Egypt. In particular, our high-speed profile moulds, precision wear-resistant wood-plastic (WPC) moulds and non-flow-resistance sheet moulds have won high praise from customers worldwide.
After more than two decades of honing and dedication from our 300-strong team, serving over 1,000 customers and manufacturing tens of thousands of moulds, we have built two world-renowned brands: HONGDA and EKO.
